We strive to maintain reasonable shipping times both domestically and internationally. Just so you know, we operate as a print-on-demand business, meaning all orders are processed internally and then sent to a third party for production. Olives & Melons is not responsible for production speed. Depending on your location, your product will reach you (after production is finalized) anywhere from 3-7 business days within the United States with our Standard Shipping option. Priority Mail has a transit time of 2-3 business days, while Priority Mail Express has a transit time of 1-2 business days. For International shipping, your product will reach you anywhere from 10-21 business days due to customs and air time.

  • If you refuse a package at customs, customs will destroy it or send it back to us (we have no control over this). If they destroy it, you will not be entitled to a refund. If they return it to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if it is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product shipped back to us.
